1. Service description

Trakly provides Relationship Clarity Reports based on publicly available information. Reports review lawful, public-facing dating-profile signals and open-source web signals, and provide a written summary of findings with a confidence level. Reports are based on publicly available information and may be incomplete.

2. What Trakly does not do

• Trakly does not provide proof of infidelity or private account access
• We do not access private messages, hidden accounts, hacked databases, or non-public information
• We do not make definitive claims about whether someone is “cheating”
• We do not offer background checks, device surveillance, or location tracking

3. Eligibility

This service is for adults only. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Trakly is designed for individuals in Europe; by using this service, you represent that you are located in the EU/EEA or UK.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Trakly for any purpose that is unlawful, abusive, or harmful. Prohibited uses include but are not limited to:

• Stalking, harassment, intimidation, or coercive control
• Blackmail, revenge, or any form of threats
• Any use intended to harm, endanger, or violate the rights of another person

Trakly may reject requests that appear abusive, unlawful, or unsafe, at our sole discretion.

5. Pricing and payment

The Relationship Clarity Report is a one-off purchase at the price displayed at checkout (currently $49). Payment is processed securely by Stripe. You are paying for research and reporting, not for a specific result.

6. Delivery

Reports are typically delivered within 24 hours of order completion. Delivery is by email to the address provided at checkout.

7. Refund policy

Refunds are issued only when Trakly cannot complete a review because the submitted information is insufficient or unsupported. We do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with the outcome of a report. Customers are paying for the review and report, not for a guaranteed result.

8. Accuracy and limitations

Reports are based on publicly available information observed at the time of review. Findings may be incomplete, and absence of public signals does not prove fidelity. We use restrained language such as “appears active,” “public indicators suggest,” or “no meaningful public signal found.” Our reports do not constitute legal advice or evidence.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trakly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service or reports. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the report.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
