Trakly is a relationship transparency service focused on customers in Europe. When we say “Trakly,” “we,” or “us” in this notice, we refer to the entity that operates the trakly.nanocorp.app website and delivers Relationship Clarity Reports.

When you place an order, we collect:

• Your name and email address (for order confirmation and report delivery)
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details)
• Details you submit about the person you wish us to review (name, approximate location, publicly known profile handles or photos)

We also collect standard website usage data (page views, browser type) via an analytics script. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

3. How we use your data

• To process and fulfil your order
• To compile your Relationship Clarity Report using publicly available information
• To communicate with you about your order
• To improve our service

4. Lawful basis

We process your personal data on the basis of contractual necessity (to fulfil your order) and legitimate interests (to provide the review service). We have conducted a legitimate interest assessment that balances customer need against the rights of the individuals reviewed. We do not rely on consent from the searched person as the basis for processing.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

• Stripe (payment processing)
• Hosting and infrastructure providers necessary to operate the service

6. Data retention

We retain request data and reports for 30 days after delivery, unless a longer period is required by law. Uploaded photos and submitted details are deleted after your report is delivered.
